PPM Co-ordinator Location - Durrington BN13-3NXPay - £13ph Full timeTime: 8am to 4 pmTemp to PermMonday to FridayAs a PPM Co-ordinator, you will work closely with all Contract Teams and contractors to ensure all PPMs (Planned, Preventative, Maintenance) are assigned to the appropriate resource and managed through to conclusion in a timely manner in accordance with the contractual requirements and key deliverables. Ensures that appropriate H&S460 documentation is in place before PPM is confirmed with FPM's. Must be focused on customer care. Responsibilities:

• Check/Chase/Close Weekly and Monthly PPM's - Engineers comments to RM's for information/action (Monday/Wednesday & Friday weekly)
• Request SubContractors weekly schedules & compile spreadsheet to be sent to Client on a weekly basis (Friday)
• HS460 Processing for PPM's
• Request SubContractors weekly schedules & compile spreadsheet to be sent to Client on a weekly basis
• Other office admin duties

Essential

• Good communicator
• Keen awareness of customer focus
• Computer literate good knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Prior experience of CAFM Systems is essential preferably Planon

Desirable:

• Experience working within FM Environments
