This dynamic PR and Communications agency are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client accounts, oversee campaign delivery, and mentor junior team members. This agency are a super close-knit and social bunch who love the work they do, and also have fun whilst doing it! Due to recent new client wins and exciting growth plans for 2025, they are now looking for a talented PR Account Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely updates and campaign success
• Manage and mentor Account Executives to deliver high-quality PR and social media strategies
• Develop and present proposals, reports, and pitches
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and client satisfaction
• Write PR and social media proposals to a high level
• Attend networking events, seminars and any conferences representing the agency

• Proven experience in PR account management
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills- your ability to structure a press release will be flawless!
• Leadership abilities with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
