PR & Content Manager - Gleeson Recruitment Group : Job Details

Gleeson are delighted to be working with a UK-leading PR agency in their search for a PR & Content Manager in Birmingham.

Due to business wins, our client is looking for a PR & Content superstar who is well versed in dealing with B2B and complex content.

• You'll thrive on getting your head around complex sectors - specifically manufacturing, engineering and logistics - you will need to be able to convert knowledge of those sectors into compelling content which captures the attention of a reader.
• You will be able to quickly switch between press releases, features, optimised blogs and LinkedIn posts.
• You'll be used to producing grammatically perfect client-ready copy.
• Pitching to journalists and convincing them to run your features over anybody else's will come naturally to you, while your ability to drive awareness, leads and sales for your clients will be what gets you out of bed in the morning.
• You will be excellent at building client relationships - you'll know how to win trust, impress contacts and strike the right balance between confidante and consultant.
• Strong organisation - you'll be used to multi-tasking, thinking creatively, and advising clients, all while mentoring a talented team of executives.

Our client is offering a competitive salary between £32-38k. Experience working agency side is desirable, but not essential. You will need to demonstrate that you have experience writing content in complex sectors - B2B is essential.

This role will be based out of our client's offices in Birmingham 3 days per week. They are offering a competitive salary and a clear progression path within the business.
