The JobAs an Account Director in the PR & Influence team, you'll take charge of large, complex projects, working on prestigious accounts within the alcohol and lifestyle sectors. You'll lead cross-functional teams and foster strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and creative excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading high-profile projects for global and European brands in sectors like alcohol and lifestyle.
• Delivering impactful brand storytelling across earned, paid, and owned media channels.
• Identifying cultural moments, partnerships, and opportunities to help brands activate successfully.
• Overseeing press and influencer events with high-profile talent and attendees.
• Collaborating seamlessly with cross-agency partners to deliver integrated solutions.
• Managing, mentoring, and inspiring your account team, ensuring smooth delivery and team growth.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, navigating challenges and strengthening relationships.

• Have a strong understanding of the UK PR landscape.
• Are experienced with global or European brands and influencer marketing.
• Have a proven track record in working with consumer good brands
• Are confident managing high-profile events and working with talent.
