Fram are delighted to be working with a growing IFA firm, who have a number of offices. Due to growth, they are keen to appoint a Business Manager to support the MD on a range of projects. The role would suit someone with Business Management or Practice Management experience. The role is wide range, but could encompass strategic support, process improvement, projects, data analysis, regulatory review, CRM systems, budgeting and forecasting. The role will also work closely with other business heads to support their needs and strategic aims. Applicants must be from a financial planning/wealth management background. Experience in Business Management or Practice Management is desirable. We are also particularly keen to hear from individuals available to start within a month, though we welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
