This company are taking the industry by storm and currently have no main competitors.We are searching for a construction professional who would like to mix their profession with their passion for fitness to assist in the procurement and mobilisation of projects across the UK and potentially the world.

As the Pre-construction Manager, you will oversee the planning and design phases of the construction project, ensuring alignment with client goals and budgets as they transition from the sales team to you. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop detailed project plans and schedules. This role involves conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments, tendering work, and keeping up to date on general costs, so you can quickly identify potential challenges when it comes to procurement.

This role has the very real potential to progress into a future head of construction role in a rapidly expanding company.

In this role you will:

• Work closely with the sales team to transition projects from the engagement phase through to construction and mobilisation, ensuring smooth collaboration across sales, design, construction and operations teams.
• Coordinate with incumbent contractors or engage with the company design-and-build (D&B) contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to align on project strategies, scopes, and deliverables.
• Oversee the preparation of comprehensive project documentation, including technical drawings, renders, pricing, and build programmes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to sign-off, securing agreements that align with project objectives.
• Conduct site visits and supplier evaluations to ensure quality standards and material suitability for each project.
• Lead pre-construction processes, including engagement letters, payment tracking, and essential tests such as acoustic assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and project standards.
• Facilitate the onboarding of building management companies to support smooth project handovers and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to manage budgets, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication throughout the pre-construction phase.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring alignment and satisfaction across all project stages.
