That is the reason why they are looking to add to their dynamic workforce with this great opportunity.In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Design and Estimating department in their Twickenham office. Ensuring all the pricing and designing are being completed to high standard and within the deadlines, as well ensuring KPI's are met. You will also be creating weekly reports for the line manager to ensure effective communication between departments. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be looking to create and implement new and improved processes to improve productivities of the departments.Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a highly motivated candidate with experience in pre-construction in internal construction projects, especially mezzanine floors, who also holds a full UK drivers license so is able to travel to their sites nation and Europe wide when need.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced candidate with pre-construction experience to join a growing, established and market leading company where you work on a mixture of interesting projects, all whilst having full support on further technical development and clear progression to Director level.The Role:
