What You'll Do

As a Pre-Sales Analyst, you will:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to respond to RFPs and client questionnaires.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to identify prospective clients' needs and challenges.
  • Deliver tailored, persuasive product demonstrations to showcase solution benefits.
  • Develop detailed proposals, ROI analyses, and proof-of-concept documentation.
  • Gather input from internal teams to create comprehensive, client-specific proposals.
  • Maintain a library of reusable proposal content to streamline future submissions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure deep product knowledge.
  • Support clients through the sales cycle by translating technical concepts into actionable solutions.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Ability to simplify and present complex technical information clearly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing the sales cycle and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales support or consulting.
  • Familiarity with competitor products and market trends.
