This brand new premium international school is at the forefront of early childhood education, offering a research-based model developed in collaboration with the University of Helsinki. They are inspired by Finland’s renowned National Core Curriculum and are dedicated to teaching not only academic skills but also life skills through play and real-life experiences. The school’s approach is child-focused, understanding development and learning holistically. This prestigious school will be opening it’s doors in Mauritius August 2025.

As the Pre-School Principal, you will lead the dedicated team of educators, create a positive learning environment, and ensure the smooth functioning of the pre-school. Your vision, leadership, and passion for early education will drive the success of this international school in Mauritius.

The ideal candidate

• Relevant teaching qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a School Management / Principal role
• Previous experience with early childhood / kindergarten / pre-primary school environment
• Extensive International teaching experience will be beneficial
• Dynamic personality with strong communication skills
• Passionate and driven individual
• High-energy and innovative leader
• A deep understanding of educational theory and practice
• Ability to speak French will be an advantage
• An understanding of the Finnish education system will be a bonus
