Swakeleys School for Girls is an oversubscribed girls’ school in Hillingdon where our focus is to ensure that students enjoy school, achieve well, aspire to fulfilling futures and feel happy and successful. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that the school is maintained to a high standard and kept safe and compliant. The post holder will manage a small team of Premises Supervisors and Assistants, delegating work and ensuring a responsive and pro-active approach to day-to-day troubleshooting, this includes developing a log to monitor and prioritise staff requests. Additionally, the post holder will be responsible for managing subcontractors in and around the school, securing best value solutions and ensuring that budgets are managed and controlled.
