Press Brake Operators - ASL Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

Our client is an established engineering company based in Hastings and Battle, providing a wide range of welding and fabrication to commercial and domestic clients. They are currently looking for Press Brake Operators for  Late Shifts in Battle, East Sussex.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience on CNC equipment, previously worked with sheet metal/fabrication workshop, have a good understanding of engineering drawings and hold a full UK Driving Licence. As a Press Brake Operator you will be operating press brake machines, undertaking the maintenance and logging of machines, managing and working from issued drawings and signing off work as required.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:

• Demonstrable experience on CNC equipment
• Experience/qualifications working with sheet metal/fabrication workshop
• Understanding of engineering drawings
• Hold a Full UK driving licence

Desirable Experience:

• Experience of Press Brake

Your duties as a Press Brake Operator will include:

• Operation of the Press Brake
• Machine maintenance and log
• Managing and working from issued drawings and signing off work as required
• Managing your time and recording all work accurately on the time sheets provided

Salary:

Late Shift(1345hrs -2200hrs): £14.16 - £15.93 per hour 

Salary is dependent on experience

Hours:

Evening Shift: Monday – Friday, 1345 – 2200hrs 

Full Time, Permanent – 41.25 hours per week
