Are you an experienced Press Operator looking for a new career with an engineering company based in Dudley?If yes, we want to hear from you!Salary: £13.73 per hour including shift allowanceHours:  6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm - Rotating Monday to Friday.Key Responsibilities:

• Operate safely and adhere to required quality standards.
• Work diligently to meet production targets.
• Perform the Shake Out process and 2nd Operation processes (inserting, pop riveting, spot welding, de-burring, Pad Printer, and packing).
• Health & Safety, Quality, and Target awareness.
• Work only as trained, utilizing the information assigned to the shop floor area you are deployed to.
• Work swiftly, methodically, accurately, and in a controlled manner.
• Demonstrate an ability to adhere to current quality and process procedures.
• Record relevant information accurately and legibly on documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a continuous improvement environment that generates ideas year-round, helping to drive H&S, service, or cost improvement.
