PRICING ANALYST AIR FREIGHT - Heathrow Personnel : Job Details

I'm recruiting for a Pricing analyst to join an expanding freight forwarding company based in locally near Heathow area. You must have AIR or OCEAN freight experience.

Daily duties will include:

• Receiving customer quotations (RFQ from CRM)
• Air & ocean freight pricing import, export and cross trade
• Negotiating rates with carriers, hauliers and suppliers
• Prepare and submit customer quotations and proposals within an agreed time frame
• Creating and issuing quotations
• Communicate with customers to manage and follow up on all quotes, obtaining feedback to measure, analyse and circulate to relevant teams
• Track success and failure rate of quotes
• Develop and build relationships with customers
• Updating tariffs

Experience needed:

• Hands on operational and industry knowledge of air Cargo
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong numerical and commercial skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Excel and Power BI

Working hours:

• Monday - Friday 09.00am - 17.30pm
