Reporting to the CEO and Underwriting Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring portfolio profitability and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:* Develop and maintain pricing policies, methodologies, and processes aligned with regulatory standards. * Provide technical pricing insights for projects and new product launches. * Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven product and pricing strategies. * Support growth through business case analysis and market entry recommendations. * Ensure compliance with legal and governance requirements while managing premium rate structures. Skills & Experience:* Strong analytical and statistical skills with a commercial mindset. * Expertise in Python, SQL, and data visualisation tools like Power BI. * Proven experience in non-life insurance pricing (preferred). * Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. Qualifications:* Relevant degree (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science). * Insurance qualification is a plus.
