Primary ECT - Chester

Job Overview:

We are looking to recruit a Primary ECT to join one of our primary schools in Chester. As a Teacher you will be responsible for teaching from KS1 -KS2 on an adhoc basis ASAP.

Responsibilities:- Teach, plan, mark and assess lessons across the curriculum- Implement behavior management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop individualised education plans for students with special needs- Provide support and guidance to students in their academic and personal development- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns- Assist in the preparation of instructional materials and resources

Requirements:- PGCE/QTS in your chosen field- Previous experience working with primary school students, preferably in special education or tutoring roles- Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students- Passion for helping students succeed academically and personally
