• Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
• Location: Thurrock, Essex
• Contract: Full-time, long-term
• Start Date: ASAP
• Salary: £90 - £110 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading small group interventions and supporting whole-class teaching
• Covering lessons across KS1 and KS2 in the absence of the teacher
• Providing tailored support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential
• Assisting with lesson planning, marking, and classroom management
• Supporting SEND and EAL students where necessary
• Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff to maintain a positive learning environment

Primary HLTA - Thurrock, Essex (Education and Training)

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification, Level 4 Qualification (or strong experience as a teaching assistant with leadership responsibilities)
• Experience working in a primary school setting
• Ability to lead lessons confidently across different year groups
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to education
• Strong communication and organisational skills
