Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and small group support to students with special educational needs
• Assist the teacher in creating and implementing lesson plans
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support student learning and progress by providing feedback and guidance
• Collaborate with school staff and other teachers to support student success
• Assist with the administration of assessments and tests

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role
• Ability to work with students of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
