Then the role of a Primary School Supply Teacher based in Central Birmingham is one for you!The ideal candidate for the role of Primary School Supply Teacher must be able to confidently deliver pre-planned work left by the class teacher, whilst maintaining strong behaviour and classroom management skills following the school behaviour policy, you will also need to work closely with other members of teaching staff to deliver the best education for the children in this ‘outstanding’ school.This role will be delivering a range of subjects across KS1 & KS2.*** Primary Supply Teacher*** £153 - £223 per day*** ‘Outstanding’ Primary School in Central Birmingham*** Day to day, short-term and long-term opportunities*** Option for KS1 & KS2 lessonsThe role of Primary School Supply teacher includes, delivering the lessons that have been pre planned by the class teacher, as well as delivering interesting and  informative lessons across a range of KS1 & KS2 subjects. You will also be required to build relationships with other members of staff, the pupils and the parents of the pupils in your class. You must also be passionate about always delivering a high standard of work, be enthusiastic about the learning of the pupils and able to bring out their full and true potential, whilst going the extra mile to make sure that the high standards of this ‘outstanding’ school are met.Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching across various subjects and year groups.
  • Adapt to different school environments and classroom settings.
  • Follow lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Engage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure a positive learning experience for the pupils.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching and making a positive impact on students' lives.
