Your main responsibilities would be:

• Deliver well-structured lessons.
• Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils to excel in their learning.
• Be a positive influence to students, we believe with the right support children are able to achieve so much more than they think.
• Have a good knowledge of subjects and the curriculum.
• Create a positive learning environment to make sure your students feel supported but pushed to achieve more.
