Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to children with SEN, both 1:1 and in groups.
• Engage with students to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members.
• Help pupils develop their skills and promote their overall well-being.

To apply for this role, you will require:

• Experience and interest in education and training to work as a Primary School Teaching Assistant.
• Ability to work across KS1 and KS2 classes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of pupils, particularly those with SEN. You should be patient, empathetic, and flexible to adapt to the changing needs of pupils.
