We are looking for a passionate and conscientious teaching assistant to work in a mainstream primary setting in Harpenden. You will be based in a primary classroom, providing support and guidance to all children alongside general classroom duties.This is a very fulfilling employment role where you can truly impact children's lives and provide a memorable school experience!

Your Responsibilities as a good TA will include:

* Managing behaviour and supporting the class teacher

* Working with small groups and 1:1

* Have a flexible approach and ability to adapt resources on the spot

Your core Requirements to earn this role are:

* An Enhanced child DBS on the update service

* Eligibility to work in the UK(sponsorship is not available with this role)

* Able to make an impression on both us and our client

* Previous experience in Primary Schools is preferred

* Flexibly adhere to the needs of the children in a professional and friendly manner

* Good classroom management skills
