NextGen Teachers are currently looking for an Primary SEN Teaching Assistant based in the Bradford area. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about making a difference on children's lives, particularly those with special educational needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with SEN children
• Strong communication to be able to liaise with colleagues and parents
• A passion for educating and supporting children in their growth and development is crucial for success in this role

Roles:

• Provide individualised support to children with Special Educational Needs
• Collaborate with parents and other professionals to create tailored educational plans that promote learning and development.
• Implement strategies to enhance communication skills among children, adapting techniques to suit individual needs.
• Monitor and document the progress of each child, providing feedback to parents and team members regularly.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment that encourages exploration and learning through play.
