As a Primary SENDCO in Wandsworth, you will be responsible for ensuring that students with special needs receive high-quality support. You'll work closely with teachers, support staff, and families, developing individualized plans to meet each student's needs and providing education and training to ensure everyone involved has the knowledge to support each child effectively.

• Develop and implement effective SEND strategies to enhance learning for students with diverse needs
• Provide tailored education and training sessions for staff and parents to improve SEN understanding and practices
• Support teaching staff in creating inclusive classroom environments
• Liaise with external professionals to secure additional resources and support
• Oversee EHCP processes, ensuring all requirements are met and regularly reviewed
