Primary Supply Teacher - Placing Talent : Job Details

Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher looking for flexible work in primary schools? We are seeking dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to work across various schools, providing high-quality teaching and maintaining continuity of education in the absence of regular class teachers.

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.

• Adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of different age groups and learning abilities.

• Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Follow lesson plans provided by the school or create engaging lesson content when required.

• Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.

• Provide feedback to the school on pupil progress and any issues encountered.

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff to support students effectively.

• Be flexible and ready to teach at short notice.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• A minimum of 6 months UK teaching experience in a primary school setting.

• A valid DBS certificate on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
