Primary Teachers (KS1)

We are seeking qualified and experienced Primary Teachers for Key Stage 1 (KS1) to join our supply team. This opportunity covers various schools throughout Kent and Medway, offering both short-term and long-term roles. Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and educational lessons to KS1 students according to the national curriculum.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual children.
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment that facilitates learning.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and prepare them for national tests.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff and participate in regular meetings.
- Maintain up-to-date records of students’ progress and development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
- Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and teaching standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage classrooms effectively and maintain discipline.
- SEND and Intervention experience is highly desirable.
