We are seeking qualified and experienced Primary Teachers for Key Stage 1 (KS1) to join our supply team. This opportunity covers various schools throughout Kent and Medway, offering both short-term and long-term roles. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver engaging and educational lessons to KS1 students according to the national curriculum.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual children.
  • Provide a safe and stimulating environment that facilitates learning.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress and prepare them for national tests.
  • Collaborate with other teaching staff and participate in regular meetings.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of students’ progress and development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
  • Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and teaching standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage classrooms effectively and maintain discipline.
  • SEND and Intervention experience is highly desirable.
