Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons for young students.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of primary pupils.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Build rapport with students and staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents in regards to student progress.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to promoting the well-being and academic achievement of all students.
• Experience working with Key stage 1 and Key stage 2.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to professional development.
• Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one through Randstad Education)
• 2 recent professional references
