Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage, challenge, and inspire pupils, aligned with the National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their full potential.
- Utilise assessment data to track pupil progress, provide targeted support, and ensure all learners make excellent academic and personal development.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support the holistic development of pupils.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching across Key Stages.
- A thorough understanding of the lower KS2 curriculum and effective teaching methodologies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
