Are you an experienced Teacher looking for new opportunities in Birmingham?

Winner Education are seeking a Primary Teacher for a primary school based in Sutton Coldfield. We are looking to appoint the successful candidate on a long-term basis and will be full time. This role is due to start as soon as possible. You will be working with an 'Outstanding’ rated Ofsted school. This school have a fantastic reputation for supporting their staff with career development and internal training and support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct general class teacher responsibilities
• Whole class lesson planning
• Tailor lesson planning and preparation based on individual learner requirements
• Lead and work alongside full time TA’s working with the class
• Provide regular learner assessments and progress reports
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment

The successful Primary Teacher must:

• Hold QTS status
• Have previous experience within primary school environment, in particular KS1
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Form excellent relationships with the school team and pupil parents
• Show strong resilience and patience
