In this term-time role, you'll work with students aged 4-11, playing a crucial part in their social, emotional, and academic progress. Whether you have experience working with children or come from a caregiving background, a teaching assistant role could be your next step. Your Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:

  • Provide individual or small group support to learners
  • Serve as a positive role model in the classroom
  • Assist the class teacher with resources and activities
  • Build positive relationships with staff, learners, and their families
  • Collaborate with other staff members
  • Bring your best self to work every day

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and encouraging a love for learning
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade C or above)
  • Experience working with children or in childcare
  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Confidence and motivation to support individuals or small groups
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
