Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom tasks and group activities
• Keep detailed records of student progress
• Support children's personal and health needs, including minor first aid
• Work closely with parents and teachers to monitor children's progress
• Provide individual or group learning support

Requirements:

• Experience working with children
• A passion for nurturing young minds
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade C or higher
• Enhanced DBS (assistance available)
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
