Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
• Serve as a positive role model in the classroom
• Assist the class teacher with preparing materials and learning activities
• Develop strong connections with staff, students, and families
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Bring energy and enthusiasm to the classroom daily

Requirements:

• Passion for working with children and fostering a love for learning
• Experience working with children
• Experience with SEN children (Preferred)
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Confidence and motivation to guide individuals and small groups in their learning
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
