Primary Teaching Assistant - Bristol - ASAP Start

Are you a recent graduate or have experience as a Teaching Assistant?

A welcoming primary school in Bristol is looking for a Primary Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. They are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual with personal or professional experience supporting children with SEN, ASD, or ADHD. As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in the classroom and receive strong support to help you thrive in your role.

In this Primary Teaching Assistant role, you will be working one-on-one pupils who has ASD and ADHD. Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting positive behaviour for learning in the classroom
• Assisting with the child's understanding of the teacher's instructions
• Providing 1:1 support in the classroom or working with small groups in the Learning Support department
• Monitoring and recording pupil progress
