A school in Maidenhead are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and caring Primary Teaching Assistant to support Year 4 students and run tailored interventions in Spellings, Times Tables, and Speech and Language.

Key Responsibilities as a Primary Teaching Assistant:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to Year 4 students in areas of need.
• Run engaging and effective interventions to improve spelling, times tables, and speech and language skills.
• Work closely with the class teacher to track student progress and implement personalized learning strategies.
• Create a positive, encouraging environment where every child feels confident to learn and grow.

The Ideal Primary Teaching Assistant Will:

• Have experience working with primary-aged children (ideally in a teaching assistant role).
• Possess a strong understanding of literacy, numeracy, and language development.
• Be patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting children's academic and personal growth.
• Have a proactive attitude and be able to adapt quickly to the needs of individual children.
