Principal Accountant - Morgan Law : Job Details

My London based client is looking for a CCAB qualified accountant to join the team as a Principal Accountant. Reporting into the Finance Manager, your role will include the following:

• Contribute towards the development and implementation of the financial strategy
• Identify financial risk and opportunities when they arise
• Support the annual budget setting process and medium-term financial planning process.
• Assist with the preparation of detailed revenue and capital expenditure and income budgets
• Support the efficient and effective provision of a comprehensive financial management function
• Support the preparation, analysis and provision of accurate financial management information, including budget monitoring and forecasts, highlighting risks and trends

To be considered for the role you must be a CCAB qualified accountant (ideally CIPFA) and have previous experience is leading on the successful delivery of financial management information. The role also managed a small team so previous management experience would be an advantage.

This is a permanent role with a presence in the London office required each week. The salary on offer is between £51,000 and £61,000.
