Play a pivotal role in shaping the AI strategy for a new, innovative wellness division of a global leader. You will be at the forefront of creating AI-driven products that enhance the daily lives of families, driving positive outcomes in areas like health, wellness, and productivity.

THE COMPANY

An innovation arm within a global corporation, launched in 2023, with a mission to build scalable wellness solutions. This division focuses on using AI and other advanced technologies to support family health, mental well-being, nutrition, and longevity, aiming to address modern challenges families face today.

THE ROLE

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions focused on family wellness
• Drive AI initiatives across multiple teams, with a focus on generative AI, computer vision, LLMs, NLPs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, AI-driven solutions to support various business units
• Build privacy-preserving AI systems that align with the division's goals of delivering positive, tangible outcomes for families
• Advocate for new AI technologies to drive innovation and business growth

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• 7+ years of experience in an engineering lead role
• Proven expertise in AI/ML, including generative AI, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Experience designing and deploying AI models and systems in a production environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence executives and build consensus
• Deep understanding of Responsible AI practices and the ethical considerations of AI use
• Experience in healthcare or wellness-related fields is a plus
