Are you a passionate and experienced sustainability professional looking for a new role in the sustainability space? We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Sustainability Team Leader to join our client's growing team in Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Strategy:Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow management, timely project delivery, and high-quality output. Develop strategies to improve team efficiency and expand service offerings.
  • Collaboration & Client Relations:Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external clients, seeking new opportunities and fostering collaborations to drive sustainable projects forward.
  • Technical Leadership:Review thermal models, technical reports, and sustainability assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards. Design and implement advanced tools to optimize efficiency and performance.

The ideal Principal/Associate Consultant will:

  • Have extensive experience in sustainability consulting, energy strategy development, and environmental performance assessments.
  • Have proven track record in managing sustainability projects and liaising with clients.
  • Have strong technical knowledge in thermal modelling, energy assessments, and BREEAM assessments.
  • Have expertise in sustainability strategies, dynamic modelling, energy performance analysis, and overheating risk assessments.
  • Have knowledge of Building Regulations Part L, IES simulations, renewable energy feasibility studies, and façade performance evaluation.
  • Have experience with tools and software to enhance project efficiency and report quality.
  • Be a Chartered Engineer (CEng), Member of CIBSE (MCIBSE), or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Have previous leadership experience in a sustainability or energy-focused role.
