Principal Designer - Brandon James Ltd : Job Details

A Construction Consultancy who are known for their competent work over their multiple services are seeking a Principal Designer to manage an iconic redevelopment portfolio. This role comes with autonomy as they champion the ability to trust their skilled employee's. The CDM Consultant Role

As a Principal Designer, you will play confidently lead meetings, manage all design safety risk for the portfolio you manage. There will be a team of CDM Advisors, Architects and Fire Risk Assessors to support your work.

The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have:

• Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (required), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (required).
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in CDM roles.
• Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
