Principal Designer - Brandon James Ltd : Job Details

A Multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy are seeking a Principal Designer to take on more responsibility as they look to expand their already established CDM department. The Principal Designer will be ambitious and confident as they have an aspiration to steadily grow this department. They are a collaborative company with commercial backing, this means employees are always promoted from within due to their workflow allowing for such.

The CDM Consultant Role

As a Principal Designer, you will play confidently lead meetings, manage all design safety risk for the portfolio you manage. There will be a team of CDM Advisors, Architects and Fire Risk Assessors to support your work. This is a client facing role focused on technical delivery and client satisfaction.

The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have:

• Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (required), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (required).
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in CDM roles.
• Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
