Privacy Counsel - Italy hybrid - €50,000 - €70,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Lawrence Harvey are looking for an experienced Privacy Lawyer to join our client, a globally leading Pharmaceuticals organisation, as the continue to expand their presence across the EU & APAC regions.

This role would be a great fit for an experienced Privacy Lawyer who's looking to progress their experience with an established and well-funded organisation, with key responsibilities in supporting their growth across the EU & APAC regions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic advice and guidance on data protection and privacy topics.
• Advice on laws and regulations across the APAC region, specifically China.
• Assist in the development and improvement of the companies data protection program.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years PQE, ideally with strong Privacy and/or Data Protection experience.
• Ideally knowledge of Chinese privacy laws and regulations.
• Experience working with privacy management systems such as One Trust is a plus.
