An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner to join a well-established firm. My client is seeking a dedicated legal professional to manage a diverse caseload with a focus on estate administration, while delivering exceptional client care.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment and is looking to make a real impact in their next position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, primarily focusing on estate administration
• Oversee probate and estate administration from start to finish
• Advise clients on estate planning and inheritance tax
• Draft wills, powers of attorney, and trust documents

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years' PQE as a private client solicitor, FILEX, CLC, or experienced Fee Earner
• Comprehensive knowledge of probate, estate administration, wills, and trusts
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
• Proven track record of consistent billing

The role offers a competitive salary between £40,000 and £55,000, depending on experience, along with 23 days of holiday, rising to 25 after 5 years, plus bank holidays. You’ll benefit from a company pension scheme and a car parking pass, while working in a supportive, collaborative environment with expert guidance from the Head of Department on complex estate administration matters.
