Our client, a well-established law practice in Surrey, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to lead their respected department. This is an exciting opportunity for a Salaried Partner or Senior Associate ready to step into a Partner-level role and make their mark. Position Overview The Head of Department will manage a skilled team of 6, overseeing a range of Private Client matters including estate administration, Wills, trusts, and Court of Protection work. This pivotal role is integral to the continued success and growth of the department. Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of 6 fee-earners
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of Private Client matters
• Drive business development and department growth initiatives
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
