Job description: We are currently recruiting for a Private Client Lawyer to join an established firm in Cheshire on a permanent basis.

The firm are willing to consider both qualified or non-qualified candidates. However, the successful applicant will have at least 3 years case handling experience within Wills & Probate.

Duties:

• Meet clients to provide estate planning advice and draft legally sound wills to reflect their wishes
• Manage probate processes, including asset valuation, debt settlement, and distribution to beneficiaries
• Advise on, prepare, and register LPAs for clients’ financial and health matters with the Office of the Public Guardian
• Promote the department's services by building client relationships through proactive marketing initiatives

Salary: Dependant on experience
