Your Role

• Mentor junior staff and lead a branch or division
• Private Client Expertise: Handle a variety of matters, including:
  • Estate administration, often involving agricultural estates, business assets or high-net-worth individuals
  • Drafting wills, trusts and deeds of appointment or variation
• Leadership Opportunities: Manage a branch or lead a division within the department, while mentoring junior team members and trainees
• Client Engagement: Work closely with high-net-worth clients, providing bespoke advice tailored to their needs

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Expertise in business estates or financial investments is desirable, but not essential
• STEP membership is an advantage, but not essential
