What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing legal correspondence and documents with accuracy and efficiency.
• Providing vital administrative support, managing diaries, and handling client communications
• Organising and maintaining files to ensure seamless case management.
• Answering client enquiries with professionalism and a welcoming approach.
• Working collaboratively within the team while also taking initiative when needed.

What They’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Private Client, Probate, or Conveyancing.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office and legal case management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
