Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a Private Client Lawyer to join an established firm in Lancashire on a temporary basis

The successful candidate will either be a Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive.

Duration of Assignment: 9 months with strong possibility of extension

In addition, this position will have a hybrid working arrangement.

Duties:

• Handling a diverse range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, and estate planning• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and financial advisors to provide clear and tailored advice• Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and tax requirements• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for all client matters and transactions

Rate: £40-£50 per hour (dependent on prior experience)
