Private Client Paralegal - Simpson Judge Ltd : Job Details

Job Title: Private Client Paralegal Salary: £25K Location: Cheltenham, office based. Hours: Full timeFirm: To Tier Legal 500.

Duties:* Assist Fee Earners and Solicitors in Private Client Matters including Wills, Trusts LPA, COP, Trusts and estate of administration as well as handling your own smaller caseload of varied files which will increase over time. * This is a top tier legal 500 firm so you will be working with high net worth clients, including international clients with amazing quality files giving you the best scope for learning, development and progression. * Conduct legal research and prepare documentation* Assist with client meetings and communications* Manage administrative tasks related to client files* Collaborate with solicitors to ensure smooth case progression* Provide exceptional service to valued clients* Updating case management systems* Liaising with clients and third parties* You'll be joining a team of specialists Solicitors and will ideally be in the office full time. This allows you to learn from the experience around you and pick up new skills. Hybrid working is available once you are settle in the firm and/or dependant on your experience. Experience required* This is not an entry level position you must have at least 1 year experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within Private Client. Ideally you will have 2 years. * Experience assisting in Wills, Trusts LPA, COP, Trusts and estate of administration etc. * Strong communication skills verbal and written.* Happy to be based in the office. Note: This does NOT come with a training contract. There is a ton of progression within the firm but they do NOT offer training contracts.
