What you'll need to succeedCandidates must have at least 12 months of experience in wills, probate, and Court of Protection matters, along with strong organisational, time management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are also essential.
