The RoleThe successful candidate will work within the Private Client team, advising clients on:

  • Estate and succession planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Tax-efficient planning, including inheritance tax and capital gains tax advice.
  • The administration of estates and trusts, ensuring compliance with legal and tax obligations.
  • Tailored solutions for individuals, families, and trustees navigating intricate legal frameworks.

The CandidateThe ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor with 8+ years post-qualification experience in private client matters.
