Key Responsibilities

• Drafting wills and trusts to meet clients individual needs.
• Advising on estate planning, including tax considerations.
• Administering estates and guiding clients through the probate process.
• Providing practical advice on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
• Managing a wide range of private client matters with professionalism and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in private client work and a passion for delivering client-focused solutions. Key skills and attributes include:

• A solid understanding of wills, trusts, LPAs, and probate administration.
