With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, personalised legal services, the firm offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to their growing success.The RoleThe firm's Private Client Department is thriving and comprises a highly skilled Head of Department and an experienced associate solicitor. However, the growing workload means additional support is essential. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, including:

• Drafting Wills
• Estate Administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)
• Some Trust work
• Advising on tax and estate planning

The role offers the opportunity to work independently and manage their own caseload while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.The Ideal CandidateThe firm is looking for a solicitor or legal executive with:

• Proven experience across all aspects of private client work
• The ability to handle their own caseload confidently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work
• STEP membership (or progress towards accreditation) - desirable but not essential
